Bio

Angela started her fitness career traveling the world working as a dancer & group exercise instructor on cruise ships. She currently teaches classes in Dallas,Texas & continues to work on ships & at resorts internationally as a guest instructor & master trainer.

She is the creator of Flowgirl Fitness.

The Flowgirl method balances the aspects of cardio, strength & stretch to create a long & lean physique. With commitment to the workouts, you will get amazing results you can see & feel.

She teaches fitness classes to resort guests & also hosts Flowgirl instructor workshops to resort & fitness staff. The Flowgirl Fitness workbook & training sessions focus on body alignment, technique placement,& verbal/visual cueing enabling mastery in teaching her signature workouts.

Angela is a Lagree certified pilates instructor NASM/AFAA certified in group fitness & personal training & holds specialty certifications in restorative & vinyasa yoga, cardio-dance, barre, resistance training, aqua & kids fitness. She believes working out is not just about looking good on the outside, it’s also about feeling great & being healthy on the inside.
